Carondelet Athletics Complex:
The Carondelet Athletics Complex is a six-acre, 6,000 foot facility that is home to the Hamill Family Athletic Performance Center, the Natalie Coughlin Aquatics Center, Jeffery Field and the Carondelet tennis complex. The Carondelet Athletics Center clubhouse has office space for the Athletic Director and coaches, a team meeting room and the Cougar Lounge used for locker and study space for student-athletes before and after practices/competitions.
Hamill Family Athletic Performance Center:
The Hamill Family Athletic Performance Center is a space where students can address physical fitness and wellness through opportunities available in the Kinesiology curriculum and interscholastic athletic programs. The Hamill Family Athletic Performance Center includes a weight room, with both free and pulley weight equipment, the Cougar Den, a space for team meetings and film review, and a state-of-the-art athletic training room so students can interact with athletic trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, rehabilitate and recover.
Natalie Coughlin Aquatics Center:
The aquatics center is named after Carondelet graduate and Hall of Fame inductee, Natalie Coughlin, who is a 12-time Olympic Medalist. The facility boasts a heated pool that features 10 lanes for the swim team and has two 1-meter diving boards. The facility is home to the water polo, swimming and diving teams.
Jeffery Field:
Jeffery Field serves as the home venue for many of our teams. The multi-sport facility named after longtime Varsity Lacrosse coach, Rick Jeffery, is lighted and has a synthetic playing surface. Jeffery Field is the home for the Carondelet soccer, lacrosse, rugby, and softball programs.Â
Tennis Courts:
The Carondelet Athletics Complex has six regulation-sized tennis courts which were resurfaced in 2022. The complex is home to both the Carondelet Cougars tennis team in the Fall season and the De La Salle Spartans tennis team in the Spring season.
